1. Who we are

Quicky.email is a newsletter digest service. We give you a dedicated @quicky.email inbox, collect the newsletters you subscribe to with it, and deliver one smart daily digest to your personal email address. Our contact email is hello@quicky.email.

2. What we collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate the service:

• Email address — your personal address, used to deliver your daily digest.
• Username — chosen at sign-up, used to identify your account.
• Newsletter emails — emails received at your @quicky.email address, used to build your digest. We store the content temporarily to process and summarise it.
• Delivery preferences — your chosen daily delivery time and time zone.

We do not collect payment information directly — billing is handled by our payment processor. We do not use tracking pixels, third-party analytics, or advertising cookies.

3. How we use your data

Your data is used for one purpose: to provide the Quicky service. Specifically:

• Incoming newsletter emails are processed and summarised to create your daily digest.
• Your personal email address is used to deliver that digest.
• Your delivery preferences control when the digest is sent.

We do not use your data to train AI models, serve advertisements, or for any purpose other than delivering the service you signed up for.

4. We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to any third party. Full stop.

5. Service providers

We use a small number of third-party services to operate Quicky:

• Mailgun — receives inbound newsletter emails and sends your daily digest.
• Anthropic Claude — used to summarise and extract insights from newsletter content.
• Hostinger VPS — hosts the application and database.

Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We share only the minimum data each provider needs to perform their function.

6. Data retention

Newsletter email content is retained to enable your digest history. You can delete individual senders or your entire account at any time (see Section 7). When you delete your account, all associated data — emails, digests, sender history — is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

7. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls on our database. No system is perfectly secure, but we take the protection of your data seriously.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
