1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Quicky.email, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Questions can be directed to hello@quicky.email.

2. Description of service

Quicky.email provides each user with a dedicated @quicky.email email address. When you subscribe to newsletters using that address, we receive those emails, process and summarise their content, and deliver a single daily digest to your personal email address at a time you choose.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Quicky.email. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@quicky.email if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Quicky.email to:

• Receive, store, or distribute illegal content.
• Forward spam or unsolicited bulk email to your @quicky.email address with the intent to abuse the service.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the platform in an automated way beyond normal use.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

6. Email content and third-party newsletters

Quicky.email processes newsletter emails on your behalf. We are not responsible for the content of third-party newsletters you subscribe to. Subscribing to a newsletter using your @quicky.email address creates a relationship between you and that newsletter publisher; Quicky.email is not a party to that relationship.

7. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. We do not sell your personal data.

8. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Service availability

We aim to deliver your digest reliably every day, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Digests may occasionally be delayed or missed due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for missed digests or service interruptions.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quicky.email shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or missed newsletter content.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
